Justin Christopher

Area Facilitator of UT

Justin Christopher began to follow Christ at age fifteen through the influence of a friend and the ministry of Student Venture. He graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications in 1995. While at UT he and some friends started a ministry that served to convene the over 40 UT campus ministries in united prayer and strategic action. Upon graduation he and a friend began Campus Renewal Ministries, in which he has served since that time. Justin publishes an annual diagnostic map of the University of Texas entitled the “Longhorn Chronicles.” He also leads a movement to see Authentic Faith Communities in every residence, college, club, and culture at UT. Justin also serve as a consultant to students and staff on other campuses that partner with Campus Renewal Ministries and ECN by leading conference calls, producing resources, facilitating online forums and teaching at retreats.

Justin married his wife Brenda, who is a flight attendant for American Airlines, in 2001. They live in central Austin and share their home with their cat and dog.
